Debate Law Review
Debate law review is a legal periodical of Global Comparative Law that is devoted solely to the publication of articles focusing on the interaction of the legal profession and the business community with a distinct global commercial and corporate law focus. The review publishes three print issues yearly.
Debate law review and GCL – Global Comparative Law together aim to be the premier sources for articles concerning laws governing business organization and capital markets. Debate law review is particularly focused on publishing timely articles by scholars, practitioners, and policymakers on corporate law and governance, securities and capital markets law, financial regulation and financial institutions, law and finance, financial distress and bankruptcy, and related subjects. In addition, the review publishes the most significant decisions in each quarter as well as their summary in Hebrew.
